Trevor Fogleman holds an MBA and B.S. degrees in Economics and Marketing from Oklahoma State University. He has co-founded 2 startups and a 150-member data science education organization responsible for over $40,000 in scholarships to students. His previous experience includes product development finance for the Duke Energy Corporation, marketing analytics and market research with the OU Health hospital system, and web analytics and branding for Oklahoma State University. Trevor's grandfather was a diabetic who struggled for years with nail care due to lack of access to podiatric care.

The Free Edge Robotic Nail Care system gives podiatrists (foot & ankle doctors) time back in their day by automating and speeding up the routine nail care procedure. Currently, 40% of podiatry appointments are trimming nails for people who cannot safely do it themselves, mostly diabetic and elderly patients. Podiatrists know this appointment is essential for long-term patient health, but it is not a great revenue source for the time it takes. It can take 12 appointments over 3 hours to make as much revenue from routine nail care as a single, 1 hour hammer toe correction. On top of that, it is incredibly tedious. With modern AI and precision robotics, an everyday clinical procedure like this becomes an easy and short part of the day, helping the podiatrist perform more higher-dollar procedures.

Daniel Will is the Executive Director of Oklahoma State University’s (OSU’s) for-profit, venture investment arm Cowboy Technologies, LLC, and the Director of Cowboy Innovations Accelerator within OSU’s Division of the Vice President for Research’s Cowboy Enterprises organization.  

These programs and resources are generating economic development and diversification in the state through end-to-end technology commercialization accelerator services for OSU affiliated innovations and teams through pre-seed and seed stage venture capital investment in OSU affiliated startups and portfolio management for growth thereafter. Before joining OSU, Daniel was a product line manager at Agilent Technologies, Inc., a Fortune 500 life science and electronic diagnostics technology company. Daniel received his BS in electrical engineering at Kansas State University and his MBA at the University of Colorado.

Sheila Harding, CEO and Founder of Harding Digital, has a rich legacy in leadership, drawing from a family of esteemed engineers, and designers. With nearly 33 years of diverse experience across film, television, stage, web, and XR development, she has been a pioneer in these fields. Her early career featured notable roles, including "Baby Ed" on The Roseanne Show for a few seasons and screen appearances as the 1992 "Michelin Tire Baby". 

 Sheila's journey also includes a successful dance career, where she owned dance studios and choreographed for tours and musical theatre, including work in Las Vegas and also hosting on some of the largest cruise ships in the world. At 13, Sheila taught herself web design and programming, eventually founding OKC Web Design Company, which led to the founding of HoloTerra. Throughout her career, she has developed hundreds of web projects, helping to launch ventures across the U.S., Canada, and Bermuda, with an emphasis in entertainment and technology, including work building interactive maps and NFTs. By this point, her passion for motion capture and adoration of her father's work in flight simulation led her to study Virtual Reality at The University of Advancing Technology, where she founded the Virtual Reality Student Organization. She then earned the Virtual Citizenship Award in 2022. Sheila now leads ARPath, pioneering augmented reality storytelling technology across the American Landscape.ARPath revolutionizes storytelling with a series of cinematic augmented reality movie pathways in real world

(NTC), she spearheaded the development of breakthrough technologies—HyperGRO, Nanoplasmid, and REVIVER—widely adopted by top pharmaceutical and biotech companies, including Genentech, and nearly every contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) in gene therapy. NTC's acquisition by Aldevron, a Danaher Company, was seen as a significant achievement for both its scientific impact and high financial valuation. Moorad’s other career highlights include leading post-merger operations for Dentsply Sirona following their $14.5 billion merger. Moorad also had a key role in Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) efforts to transition repurposed drug (OKN-007) from animal studies to clinical trial for glioblastoma multiforme, which was later acquired.

Beyond science, Moorad is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of leaders in business and science.

Andrew Pollock

Andrew Pollock is the Managing Director for the Office of Technology Commercialization, having joined the University of Oklahoma in 2014.

Andrew manages the overall day to day operations of the University’s technology transfer functions on both Norman and HSC campuses. In these roles Andrew works to formulate protection strategies for intellectual property developed at the University, as well as engaging with industry to amplify the impact of these discoveries through commercialization.  He has lead multiple initiatives to improve the outcomes of University IP including the recent launch of the upfront licensing of IP in research agreements.   

Prior to joining the OTC Andrew was involved in an early-stage startup in the Oklahoma City area focused on external fixation prosthetics, where he built upon his background in Biomedical Engineering, and cultivated experience in grant writing, clinical study design, regulatory filings, venture financing and product development, leading to the launch of 4 new products.  He is a proud alumnus of OU with a 2002 degree in Zoology, and having recently completed his MBA in the Spring of 2025.

The mission of Oklahoma Farm Bureau: Our members strive to improve the lives of all Oklahomans who daily rely upon the work done on our state’s farms, ranches and in our local communities. OKFB works tirelessly to support our state’s agriculturalists as they take on the vital endeavor of growing and raising agricultural products for a growing world. Because when rural Oklahoma is strong, it lays the firm foundation for all of Oklahoma to grow. 

The Oklahoma Grassroots Rural & Ag Business Accelerators program is a collaborative rural development initiative from Oklahoma Farm Bureau along with national and state-level partners that develops Oklahoma-based innovators creating ideas, technologies and products creating economic opportunities in rural Oklahoma.  

The accelerators program is comprised of two tracks to help spur agricultural innovation and rural innovation development for companies and ventures based in communities with a population of 50,000 or less. AgCelerate Oklahoma, a pre-accelerator, provides an agriculture-focused curriculum to bring innovations that have on-farm applications to reality through a farmer innovation model. Activate Oklahoma combines an innovation bootcamp, pre-accelerator and business accelerator to connect rural entrepreneurs and innovators with resources from Oklahoma’s world-class business development community to build an even brighter future for rural Oklahoma.

A Hub of Ideas: Jeff Seymour Talks Innovation at OVF Awards

As the keynote speaker for the upcoming Oklahoma Venture Forum Awards, Jeff Seymour brings a wealth of experience in economic development and a deep passion for community-driven innovation. His leadership at the Oklahoma City Innovation District reflects a vision that aligns closely with OVF’s mission to foster entrepreneurship across the state.

Seymour has built a strong career in economic development, with nearly two decades dedicated to shaping communities through business strategy, relationships, and public policy. Early on, he worked in small towns, immersing himself in the complexities of attracting and sustaining growth beyond simply landing large employers. Influenced by mentors who encouraged him to combine business acumen with economic principles, Jeff learned to build stronger communities.

Before leading the Oklahoma City Innovation District, he served in a regional economic development role at the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber. There, he identified systemic gaps in the local economy, including the need for stronger startup ecosystems, better access to capital, and enhanced research capacity. His insights and leadership now position him to guide the Innovation District in tackling these challenges, aligning strategies with community-driven solutions for long-term impact.

“I think I saw that the Innovation District as an entity had room in its core mission to help make progress on some of those goals,” said Jeff Seymour. “I found myself drawn to the thing that got me excited about economic development in the first place—being able to solve needs that were very human, very community-focused, and being able to connect a lot of dots where we could see progress on things, even if it was incremental, that it built over time and it created more momentum and more success.”

The Innovation District actively drives economic growth and community development in Oklahoma City by connecting research, industry, and entrepreneurship within a 1.3-square-mile hub in Northeast OKC. The team leads strategic efforts across four key pillars: enhancing the built environment with essential spaces like labs and incubators, hosting inclusive programs and events that foster innovation, guiding industry cluster development to attract investment and talent, and expanding workforce training to ensure residents can thrive in future-focused careers. Through these initiatives, the Innovation District creates meaningful opportunities, builds bridges between sectors, and ensures that progress benefits the entire community.

“We try to be thinking about how those four pieces work together and what our role is to push and to convene and to lead in certain ways on behalf of the region to help make sure that as Oklahoma City grows, we’re not only prepared for growth, but we’re connecting our residents to that future as well.”

Seymour recognizes the Oklahoma Venture Forum (OVF) as a long-standing pillar of support for innovation and entrepreneurship in the state. He appreciates how OVF has consistently created space for thought leadership, collaborative conversations, and meaningful connections that drive Oklahoma’s business ecosystem forward.
